At the edge of Oakland's waterfront is a world of activity, Jack London Square. A day of fun and entertainment awaits you at the end of your ferry ride to the heart of the Port of Oakland. Visitors will find many specialty shops and restaurants, a luxury hotel, a farmers market (Sundays), and the legendary author's cabin. Stroll a short distance to the USS Potomac, Franklin D. Roosevelt's historic pleasure boat. Visitors are welcome to tour of the port's maritime facilities.

Downtown Oakland offers additional shopping and dining, the historic Paramount Theatre and the Oakland Museum of California.
